Template messages are a great way to reach out to your customers and start a conversation with them. The goal is to make the process seamless and easier for both parties. But the message templates that you want to add must be approved by WhatsApp.Template messages are a great way to reach out to your customers and start a conversation with them. Step 1. Name your template
The template page allows you to create and manage templates.
Log in to your Recovero account.
On the Side navigation, click Messaging.
Select Templates.
Click on Create a Template.
Select Create New Template.
Write your Template name in the Name field.
Give an Element name.
Step 2. Select category
Note:
Category comes with different sub-categories and short codes. So make sure you are selecting the right category for your template. For example: If you want to create a template for Welcome series messages, you have to select automation and, in the sub-category, trigger rules.
Select a Category.
Select a Sub-category.
Select a Language.
Step 3. Message setup
Note:
Whatsapp template follows a fixed structure.
The header (optional).
The body (required).
The footer (optional).
Buttons (optional).
Write your header message in the Header text field (Optional).
Write your footer message in the Footer text field (Optional).
Write your template message in the Body text field.
Click on Short code to add short codes (i.e. shop_name).
Select Message type from the drop-down.
Click on Save.
Note
Short codes are codes that will be automatically replaced with the corresponding details from your database every time the message is sent once you have set the template up correctly i.e. shop_name will be replaced by your shop name.
