Overview
For example, a customer welcome series automation is triggered when someone subscribes to your popup, back in stock, or keyword. After triggering the automation, they can be sent multiple pre-configured messages over time that introduce them to your brand. Automation can include time delays between actions and multiple paths that split based on different criteria for further customization.
Step 1. Name your automation
The campaign page allows you to create and manage campaigns.
Log in to your Recovero account.
On the Side navigation, click Messaging.
Select Automations.
Click on Create Automations.
Write your Automations name in the My-automation name field.
Write Automation Description.
Click Continue.
Step 2. Select a template
You can select from pre-built templates or start from scratch.
Select Start from scratch.
Click Continue.
Step 3. Set properties
On the Automation trigger section, select Subscriber created.
Click Continue.
Step 3. Set timing & delays
Define wait time.
Click on Add Message to create a sequence of messages with an interval.
Click on Continue.
Step 4. Enable automation
Click on Save and Review.
Click on Enable Automation.
