To create new automation in the builder, you need to follow the steps below:

Step 1: In the Recovero app Menu, click Messaging > Automations.

Step 2: Click on Create Automation.

Step 3: Click on Start From Scratch and then click on Continue.

Step 4: Name your Automation and Enter Short Description then Select the Automation Channel. Then click on Continue.

Step 5: Select the automation trigger and filters that you would like to add. To use the Trigger Filter, User Filter, or Cancellation Filter, just toggle the button and add filters accordingly.

Step 6: Here, you can click on the Select dropdown and add Tag, Discount, Product Link, or Coupon. You can also customize the Wait Minutes/Hours/Days/Weeks before sending the next message.

Step 7: Craft the message you want to send to your customers and opt for the Text "STOP to opt-out". Then click on Continue. A popup will appear, select Create and Review.

Step 8: The last step is to Review the Automation you just created. You can also choose to Send Test.
